"Sorry, Your not Whitelisted on the Server"

Well, Apparently Im not WhiteListed on the server because i type fast and the Spamguard gave me 3/3 Warnings and Now i cant access. Anything you guys can do? For Example: Take off the SpamGuard, or Make it so that it doesnt include Mods/Staff/Admins etc..
